Red Wine Vinaigrette Recipe

Classic red wine vinaigrette made with oil and vinegar and seasoning. It's perfect for salads, offering a balance of acidity and richness with a vibrant, slightly fruity taste.

Equipment

  • Glass jar with lid or bowl and a whisk

Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients to a jar and shake to mix the ingredients together. If you don't have a jar with a lid, simply whisk the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • It will last up to one week. You don't have to put it in the fridge. A cool dark place, such as a cupboard is sufficient.
