Ingredients
8tbspolive oil
2 tbspred wine vinegar
1tspDijon mustard
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Instructions
Add the ingredients to a jar and shake to mix the ingredients together. If you don't have a jar with a lid, simply whisk the ingredients together in a bowl.
It will last up to one week. You don't have to put it in the fridge. A cool dark place, such as a cupboard is sufficient.
